The latest Jazz at the Apollo gig will feature the great Alan Barnes, the UK’s top saxophone/clarinet player.  Alan will be accompanied by Bruce Adams on trumpet and Nick Millward on drums, plus our own Mike Whitehead on bass and Jim Thorn on piano.  The programme is entitled ‘Tribute to Miles’ .

Tickets are £10/£5 students, available from Bill Wills on 523879 or at the Apollo box office 527267 (from 22 Oct) or on the door if available.  Some fans have already booked their tickets, so you would be advised to book early to avoid disappointment – this could be a sell-out.
